Basajaun in collaboration with Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznań Institute of Technology hosted an international workshop for producers of Wooden houses in Poland. The aim of the workshop was to find directions for development and propose recommendations that can increase the share of wooden construction in public buildings in Poland.
Globally Wooden construction and the usage of wooden products for this purpose are growing exponentially. This is the case in single-family housing, but also in multi-storey construction, where the situation is very dynamic these recent years. Public buildings, schools, kindergartens, office buildings, hotels, as well as industrial buildings and hospitals are developed in Poland thanks to this sector.
